I want you to enjoy the relaxing experience of a reiki treatment.
A typical session: A discussion will usually take place during an initial reiki session. This is when you have an opportunity to discuss any particular problems or issues you are experiencing and find out what will be achieved in the session.
You will remain fully clothed while lying comfortably on a massage table. I will place my hands in various positions on or over your body. (I do not have to touch you if you don't want to be touched.) You may feel warmth or tingling in the area being treated. Some people see colors or have visions. Most often the person feels a deep relaxation and an overall sense of " well-being".
